here are hundreds of incredible workout plans out there from other amazing creators and athletes, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need (something you can just copy to the ‘T”). Personally I found I was struggling because I would hate doing a specific exercise, and was constantly trying to swap it out for something else, or felt some movements/machines didn’t target the muscle in the way that I wanted it to.
I am not a personal trainer or professional, and this isn’t the “perfect” layout, but after getting so many questions and people asking for my routine, I wanted to give you all something. My results didn’t come from the routine, the came from HAVING A ROUTINE. One that kept me showing up day in and day out.
So this is the STRUCTURE I used, to create a workout plan I not only love doing, but also was able to get the best results I’ve ever had in the gym my whole life.
